This policy describes how Zelau processes the personal data collected through the zelau.com website, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Data controller
The data controller is the site publisher (see the legal notice). For any question, write to ouvrardn@hotmail.com.
Data collected
We only collect the data you send us through the contact form:
- your name;
- your email address;
- where applicable, your company and your role;
- the content of your message.
Purpose and legal basis
This data is used solely to answer your request and to follow up on our business exchange. The legal basis is your consent and the publisher's legitimate interest in handling the requests addressed to it.
Processing of your media
The Zelau software processes your AAF files and your media locally on your machine. These files are not sent to the publisher through mere use of the application. If you entrust us with material for a demonstration, it remains confidential, is used for that purpose only, and is deleted at your request.
Retention period
Form data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request, then for a maximum of three years from our last contact, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.
Recipients
Your data is intended solely for authorised Zelau staff. It is neither sold nor transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, as well as a right to portability. You can exercise these rights by writing to ouvrardn@hotmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.
Cookies
The site uses no advertising tracking cookies. No tracker is set before you agree: by default, analytics is disabled (« consent denied » mode).
With your consent only, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure site traffic (pages viewed, referrer, device) in aggregate form. These statistical cookies are set only after you agree through the banner. You can withdraw or change your choice at any time through the « Manage cookies » link in the footer.
